We can make it happen.
We are a small workshop and we do all the production ourselves, which gives us a great advantage that we can make to order. This is not made to measure since we do not have all the equipment on hand and all the patterns have to be touched up so the prices would be much higher. What we offer you is the ability to choose the colour of the leather, soles, laces and threads from what we have in stock. If you like a style, but can't see your dream colour or would like a two-tone style, we can do that for you! We have done this often in the past, just contact us and share your wishes with us. We've put together a few made-to-order pairs to give you examples. We try to document as much as possible, but often we don't have time to take great photos because we can't wait to see them on your feet. Also, if we do not have a specific colour, we will take note of it and contact you when we order the leather. Dual-tone sneakers
This hot pair of Milestone sneakers was made to order in summer 2018 for Marcelo. He loved the orange colour but he was scared he would stain the toes. He thought if we make the quarters orange and the toes and tongue black, it would be safe and cool ! We used orange and black Italian vegetable tanned cow leather with the Drake platform black soles with black waxed laces and threads.
Hot stamp sneakers
Niki made herself this pair of Milestone sneakers after her husband ordered the same pair. She didn’t want to be 100% matchy matchy with him so she stamped the HOTELMOTEL tongue with a sparkly rainbow coloured foil on this warm caramel Italian vegetable-tanned cow leather. She also chose a black Drake platform soles unlike the classic flat Kobi soles her husband has.
Orange is the new blue
This pair of Milestone sneaker was made for Claudia in the summer of 2019. She came to our studio one day and was looking for blue sneakers. She saw this beautiful orange Italian vegetable-tanned leather we use for our wallets. She asked if we could use this leather for sneakers with a Kobi (classic flat soles) and of course we did. The result was stunning. This year, when we ordered leather from our favorite French tannery, we remembered her and got a rich aqua leather. She now has two pairs of unique sneakers to make everyone feel envious.
Black & White
This pair of Milestone sneakers is a real favorite. Frédérick contacted us in the midst of the pandemic, he was preparing to launch his new company and was going to create a video to sell his products online and introduce himself to his future customers. He wanted a pair of shoes that looked classy and stood out. He chose the Milestone model in white French buffalo leather with black Kobi (flat) soles and black waxed laces and seams.
